Our philosophy of obtaining and keeping your healthy dream body comes from three very essential elements,
water, oxygen and nutrition. Combine these with our trainer directed exercise program and
we at Perfect Balance will help you meet your goals.

  • Water

    - Aside from aiding in digestion and absorption of food, water regulates body temperature and blood circulation, carries nutrients and oxygen to cells, and removes toxins and other wastes. Proper use of water can also cushions joints and protects tissues and organs.
  • Nutrition

    - Everything you eat has an influence on your body. Proper use of carbohydrates, fat, and protein promote physicial strength, mental alertness and will ultimatly impact weight loss when needed.
  • Oxygen

    - Oxygen similar to food is fuel for your body. Learning to breathe properly will cause you to take in extra oxygen. This will cause chemical reactions in your body. Increased breathing will cause you to increase your calorie burn and in turn will speed up your metabolism.
  • Exercise

    - The addition of regular exercise strengthens the heart, resulting in more blood and oxygen flow throughout the body. Proper exercise builds your endurance, strength, and flex­ibility thereby improving your shape, helps you meet your health goals and ultimately gives you your dream body.
